Agreement and publisher
These Terms govern your use of Starfighter, published by fewDev. Contact fewDev at info@fewdev.com. By selecting I agree, you accept these Terms and acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept, do not proceed to gameplay; you may close or uninstall the app. If applicable law requires a parent or guardian's permission, obtain it before playing.
Permission to play
You receive a personal, non-exclusive permission to use the game for lawful entertainment, subject to these Terms and applicable store rules. Do not redistribute the app or its assets without permission, interfere with other users or services, or bypass security protections. These restrictions do not limit rights that applicable law expressly grants you.
Game progress and availability
Scores, fighters, selections, and preferences are stored locally. They are not cash, transferable property, or a promise of monetary value. Clearing data, uninstalling, device failure, updates, or backup behavior can affect progress. We do not guarantee recovery or continuous availability. The current game has no paid purchases or player accounts.
Updates and changes
The game may receive corrections, content changes, or compatibility updates. A confirmed Google Play update may be required before continuing from Home. Update availability depends on Google Play eligibility and connection. We will provide notice or renewed acceptance for material changes to these Terms where appropriate. We do not promise any particular future feature or release schedule.
Intellectual property
Game code, branding, artwork, and audio are protected by their respective owners' rights and licences. Third-party material remains subject to its applicable licence. These Terms do not transfer ownership or claim exclusive rights over third-party content. Contact info@fewdev.com regarding rights or permissions.
Privacy and external services
The Privacy Policy explains local saves, backups, Google Play updates, external links, and contact correspondence. It is available in the first-launch dialog and at https://starfighter.fewdev.com/privacy-policy/. Google Play and linked websites operate under their own terms. Acknowledging the Privacy Policy is not consent to optional future tracking.
Responsible use
Play in a safe environment and take breaks. Do not play while driving or performing tasks requiring attention. Adjust sound and screen settings for comfort and stop if you experience discomfort.
Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every device. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including any applicable liability for fraud or personal injury. Any limitation applies only to the extent lawful in your jurisdiction.
Ending use and resolving concerns
You may stop using the game at any time. Contact info@fewdev.com to raise a concern. Applicable mandatory consumer law and access to competent courts remain unaffected. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of statutory rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
